There are three kinds of PET sheet production lines: single screw PET sheet production line for crystal drying, twin screw PET sheet production line for non crystal drying and single screw PET sheet production line for non crystal drying. It can be used as the production line of single-layer and multi-layer sheet, and can realize co extrusion of multiple extruders. The processing materials can be APET, PETG, RPET, etc.

PET sheet production line:

1. Pet single screw sheet production line (crystallization drying)

2. PET sheet twin screw exhaust production line (no crystallization drying)

3. PET sheet single screw exhaust production line (no crystallization drying)

The above three kinds of equipment can be used for single-layer and multi-layer coextrusion of sheet: multi extruder coextrusion technology is adopted to produce multi-layer coextrusion composite PET sheet, such as APET / PETG, PETG / APET / PETG, APET / RPET / APET, etc. Widely used in thermoforming, printing, hardware packaging, etc.

*The production line of PET sheet is equipped with distributor, with uniform layering and adjustable proportion of each layer.

*Horizontal pressing structure makes operation and maintenance more convenient.

*Roller independent power, linear speed and extruder speed synchronous control.

*The whole machine is controlled by PLC to realize the automatic control of parameter setting, data operation, feedback, alarm and other functions.
