Operating procedures of single screw sheet extruder
1. Objective: to ensure that the laboratory staff better grasp the operating procedures and safety precautions of single screw sheet extruder, and provide effective service for the inspection and control of finished products in time.
2. Scope: the instrument is applicable to the appearance and performance inspection of PE, PP pipeline anti-corrosion materials and adhesives extrusion coating, instrument model: sj-45 (* *) Yifan Machinery Co., Ltd.
3. Operation steps:
3.1 inspection before startup:
3.1.1 check the equipment use and maintenance records to confirm whether the equipment was used normally last time.
3.1.2 determine the impurities that affect the normal operation of the equipment, and know whether the basic properties (melt index, softening point, etc.) of the materials are appropriate.
3.1.3 check whether the components of the equipment are in good condition, and whether the power supply and water source are consistent with the operation requirements of the equipment.
3.2. Startup operation procedure:
3.2.1 preheating and heating: turn on the main power supply of the equipment, and set the parameters of the temperature control instruments in each heating zone of the screw and die head according to the process requirements. After the heating temperature of each section reaches the set value, keep the constant temperature for 30-60 minutes, and further confirm whether the temperature control instrument of each section is normal.
3.2.2 when the preheating is completed and the machine starts normally, first press the start button and slowly adjust the speed switch to observe whether the motor operates normally. After confirming the * * error, add the test material, and then slowly increase the speed to the working state required by the process.
3.2.3. In case of high temperature or long-term use of equipment, the water cooling system shall be started.
3.2.4 during the extrusion experiment, the thickness of the extrusion coating can be controlled by adjusting the upper and lower adjusting nuts at the outlet of the die head (the upper nut plays a fine-tuning role).
3.2.5 in case of any abnormality during the extrusion test, the emergency stop switch shall be pressed immediately. After the abnormality is eliminated, the equipment shall be started according to the operation procedure to continue the test.
3.3 shutdown operation procedure:
3.3.1 after the completion of the experiment, gradually reduce the screw speed, exhaust the residual materials in the cylinder as far as possible, reduce the screw speed to zero after the material is discharged, and finally clean up the residual materials of the die head.
3.3.2 turn off the cooling water pump switch and valve; turn off the start button; turn off the heating switch in each area; finally turn off the main power switch on the equipment control cabinet. In the low temperature environment in winter, after the equipment is used, the cooling water in the equipment should be drained to prevent the water cooling system from cracking in the low temperature environment.
3.3.3 after the experiment, clean up the equipment and ground, and dispose of the garbage.
3.4 equipment maintenance:
3.4.1. Check the wear of screw and barrel every 1000 hours, check the wear of sealing ring at screw tail, and replace spare parts if necessary.
3.4.2 change the lubricating oil of gear box every 1000 hours, and check the gear, bearing and oil seal of gear box once a year.
3.4.3 under the condition of long-term parking, anti rust and anti fouling measures shall be taken for the equipment.
3.5 precautions:
3.5.1. No sundries are allowed in the materials, and no metal, sand and other foreign matters are allowed to enter the hopper.
3.5.2 the screw is only allowed to start at low speed, and the idle time shall not exceed 1 minute. The screw speed can be gradually increased after timely feeding, and the screw speed and current shall not exceed parameter 50.
3.5.3 when opening the cooling water, open the valve slowly to see if the temperature is within the controllable range, and do not open it all at once.
3.5.4 when inspecting the appearance of the coating, the operator must wear high temperature gloves to prevent high temperature burns.
